From 2:18-2:51 and from 6:15-6:53 are the key points he is making, the rest is a little wordy, filled with inside jokes and book plugs. In fact, I find a lot of pros fill their lessons with a lot of statements like "It is what it is" and so on. When you dish out serious bucks for lessons, you want practical advice, not theory and methodology. Fortunately, these videos are free, so I can't complain too much. Still, I believe professional instructors ought to be open to ideas that will help their students get a satisfactory learning experience. Just my 2 cents.
